ABOUT THE CLIENT:
Our client is an established and rapidly growing car finance brokerage dedicated to helping customers secure the right finance options for their next vehicle. With a reputation for providing personalised, honest, and expert advice, they are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join their team and contribute to continued growth.

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car finance process from start to finish. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their financial needs, advise them on suitable financing options, and close deals that benefit both the customer and the business. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional experience while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
*Engage with pre-qualified leads, building rapport and trust with each client
*Explain financing options clearly, helping customers choose the best solution
*Negotiate financing terms and secure approvals with lending partners
*Manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to finalizing finance agreements
*Record sales activity and follow up on leads via CRM system
SALES REPRESENTATIVE - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
*Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in financial services or car sales
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Ability to work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
*High level of motivation and drive to succeed in a commission-based role
*Familiarity with CRM systems and basic understanding of finance options
