Job Description:
PP Associates are delighted to be supporting a growing business in Warrington to find a Customer Service Advisor.
As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for all types of inbound customer queries. Your role will be busy, fast-paced, and varied. Your role will be office-based and not a callcentre environment and you will be supported by experienced colleagues and your manager.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by:
*Responding to inbound queries related to orders, warranties, defects, and deliveries
*Accurately updating customer query data in our system for team transparency
*Collaborating across departments and with partners to resolve customer issues
*Processing and sending sales orders promptly and accurately to partners
*Preparing and processing customer quotes, including service charges
*Meeting SLA and KPI targets related to response times and resolution outcomes

Salary & Benefits:
*£26,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
*Bonus
*20 days holiday (increasing to 23 after 1 years’ service, and 25 after 3 years’ service)
