We are seeking a Business Development Manager who embodies determination and passion, ready to enhance customer experiences and expand business opportunities across the South of England.
Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid (Covering South East of England Oxfordshire, Norfolk, Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Kent)
Salary: £50,000 package with up to 20% bonus
Role Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in managing sales and developing strategic relationships with a portfolio of customers and channel partners. This role requires a proactive approach to understand customer needs and pain points, delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of promoting our client’s extensive range of cutting tools, digital solutions, and services, ensuring the ultimate customer experience and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow market share at core business-critical customers.
*Actively seek new opportunities, expanding the client base and fostering long-term business relationships.
*Collaborate with Application Specialists to provide comprehensive solutions that generate cost savings and add value for customers.
*Utilise CRM tools to maintain high-quality data and information on sales activities, ensuring alignment with regional targets.
*Lead negotiations and manage commercial terms and conditions with various Stakeholders, from Technical Personnel to Management.
Who We Are Looking For:
*We are seeking a dynamic, business-oriented Business Development Manager with:
*Experience in a B2B Manufacturing environment.
*A strong track record of delivering excellent business results and effective commercial negotiations.
*Proven ability to manage and build relationships with Industrial customers.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and persuade across all levels of an organisation.
*A Production Engineering Metal Cutting background
