Fabric/Soft Furnishing Operations Supervisor
Keighley
C£30K - £32K plus benefits
Full time some flexibility on working hours
Our client a leading fabric/window furnishing company is seeking someone with a real passion for fabrics, a keen eye for quality, and a drive for excellence.
Do you have a knack for problem solving and innovation if so read on.... we are seeking a Supervisor to manage a small team of 4/5 people 
You main customers are Interior Designers, manufacturers who pride themselves on exceptional quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
Oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team and drive company goals
Support the development of new lines and existing products
Organise and plan resources accordingly, mange supplier relationships and all aspects of negotiations
Ensuring timely delivery of orders
Maintain excellent relationships with clients addressing and needs or concerns promptly
Manage a team of 4/5 people
Ensure the team are providing excellent customer services
Ensure the company products meet the highest standards
Rolling out any improvements that will maximise growth
Training of new staff
The ideal candidate will need to have:
A deep Knowledge/passion for textiles/fabrics and a real passion to drive the companies success
Managerial experience within a similar industry
Strong leadership, communication skills with the ability to motivate.
A strong knowledge of sewing methods would be beneficial
