Job Description:
Butler Rose is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading, rapidly growing UK accountancy firm who are looking for a talented Tax Advisory Senior Manager to join their Northampton office. This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional ready to bring their advisory expertise to a forward-thinking, dynamic firm.
The Role
As Tax Advisory Senior Manager, you’ll play a key part in expanding the firm’s tax advisory services. You’ll collaborate with the tax team, engage with departments across offices, and guide junior staff. Your responsibilities include managing your workload, addressing internal tax queries, identifying planning opportunities, and supporting the business development efforts.
About You
We’re seeking a proactive tax advisor with:
*10+ years of advisory experience, ideally in a mixed tax role with a corporate focus
*ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent
*Strong experience within Practice, with confidence in both independent work and team collaboration
*Client-facing skills and business development experience (advantageous)
