Senior Commercial Account Handler
Location: Alcester
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
As a Senior Account Handler, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Broking Manager and Account Executives, managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This client-facing role focuses on property insurance and covers accounts with case sizes up to £750,000. You’ll work on a mix of existing business within sectors such as Real Estate, Commercial Combined, Professional Indemnity (PI), Fleet, and Contractors. The role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to develop into an Account Executive position within the company.
Required Skills and Experience
*Insurance Background: Solid experience in commercial insurance, ideally with a strong focus on property insurance
*Client Management: Proficiency in managing high-value accounts, up to £750,000, across multiple sectors
*Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with clients at various levels
*Professional Qualifications: CII qualifications are advantageous, with support available for ongoing professional development
*Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals
