Support Worker
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: 37.5 hours
SALARY: £14.46
Contract: Temp to Perm
START DATE: ASAP

Preferred Requirements:
*Proven experience in administering systems in a dynamic IT environment.
*Hands-on expertise with network security protocols and best practices.
*Skilled in troubleshooting and providing IT support to users with varying levels of technical understanding.
*Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation projects.
*Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
*Demonstrated commitment to continuously improving IT skills and knowledge..
