Our client is well established HVAC contractor, who specialise in design, service, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Plumbing, BMS & Controls. Due to a period of growth, they are looking for a document controller to join their team.
The Document Controller will be reviewing and managing documents for multiple projects to ensure compliance and accurate control of documentation from the projects cradle to grave.
Document Controller Salary & Benefits *Salary £30k - £40k DOE
*20 days holiday + bank holidays
*Pension
*8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
*Office based
Document Controller Job Overview *Manage the requirements for document control on the projects to ensure implementation and compliance.
*Identify contractual requirements in relation to Document Control
*Ensure accurate control of documentation from pre-construction through to completion and archiving.
*Manage the collation and issue of handover documentation (O&M manuals, H&S files, as-built records, databooks, completion packs etc.)
Document Controller Job Requirements *Previous experience within a document controller role
*Experience within the HVAC industry (highly advantageous)
*Live within a commutable distance to New Malden
