Management Accountant
3 month FTC to permanent
Salary up to £45,000pa
Location: Trafford Park
A successful SME business based in Trafford Park are seeking a temp to perm Management Accountant to join their team as soon as possible. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a great opportunity to an immediately available contractor to jump into a role quickly and get back into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparation of monthly management accounts
*Carrying out month end procedures such as reconciliations, posting journals, accruals and prepayments
*Assisting with audit preparation
*Good working knowledge of transactional processes and supporting the wider finance team
*Forecasting and budgeting
*Year end accounts support
*Other duties as required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
*Previous experience as a management accountant
*Minimum of AAT level certification
*Excellent excel skills
*Experience working on SAGE
*Must be immediately available or on 1 weeks’ notice
*Must have some previous experience of doing an FTC or temp role, to demonstrate ability to hit the ground running

*Hybrid working once fully up to speed - 3 days in office and 2 at home
*5 hour working week with a 2.30pm finish on a Friday
