We are pleased to be supporting a growing, well established business who are looking to expand within the finance department, this Pontefract based company are looking for an ambitious accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a team of 4 within finance and will report into an excellent, passionate financial controller.
Due to the business growing and changing the job spec will develop overtime duties may include;
*Bank reconciliations
*Credit card reconciliations
*Supplier statements
*Purchase ledger - manage the invoices and check they are processed correctly
*Assist with cash flow forecasting
*Assist with budgets and expenditure
*Analyse the P&L reports - to fully understand the business
*Produce and post journals
*Other adhoc duties
