Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Reports To: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Hybrid (4 days in our office in Ramsgate, 1 day from home)
Salary: £23,400 per annum + up to £2,500 performance bonus + EO profit share

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming service requests from clients and provide outstanding customer support
*Diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining top-tier technology and security standards
*Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
*Monitor and manage your ticket queue in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
*Multi-task and stay organised while balancing customer calls, emails, and system alerts
*Stay calm and positive under pressure to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment
*Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*A positive, can-do attitude, even under pressure
*Willingness to become a ’Product Champion,’ gaining expertise in a specific tool and training others
