Client Services Administrator
Salary : £23,000 plus bonus
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Working Pattern: Hybrid

Our client, a well-established professional services business, is seeking a highly organised and communicative Client Services Administrator to join their collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring that client experiences are exceptional. You will be responsible for:
*Workshop & Training Programme Management: Organising and coordinating both virtual and in-person training events, and ensuring follow-up support is provided to clients.
*Client Relationship Management: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely, clear, and professional communication at all stages of the training process.
*Administrative Support: Assisting the Client Manager and Head of Client Operations with day-to-day tasks and any other necessary duties to support business growth.
About You:
This role is well suited to a candidate coming out of university or college who has gained customer facing in a retail or hospitality environment. To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and attributes:
*Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with internal teams and external clients.
*Attention to Detail: You must be highly organised, able to manage multiple training workshops and stakeholder diaries while ensuring every detail is attended to.
*Time Management: The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload for multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, is essential.
*Adaptability & Growth Mindset: We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, willing to develop their skills, and excited to contribute to the ongoing success of the business.
