Job Description:
Hayley Group Limited are looking for an Onsite Stores Assistant to join our well-established and experienced team at our AMS Derby branch, although the role will be based onsite at a client’s premises in Leicester. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:
In the role of Onsite Stores Assistant, you will collaborate with an Onsite Support Manager stationed at the Leicester customer site, overseeing the management of their engineering stores.
Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities as our Onsite Stores Assistant will include:
*Assist in raising orders for spare parts as required.
*Manage critical stock levels using the sites CMMS system.
*Carry out daily/weekly stock checks to reflect the requirements of the Contract.
*Manage workshop consumables, i.e. Fasteners, Air Fittings etc.
*Assist engineers in issuing spares required from the Stores.
*Add new items to stock as required, label products and stores racking to suit.
*Book in all deliveries on the required systems and put the spares away in the stores or allocated order collection points for engineers.
Skills & Attributes we’re looking for in our Onsite Support:
*Full driving licence is preferable.
*Customer-focused, driven to provide consistently high levels of service.
*Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Good level of communication and numerical skills.
*Ability to prioritise workload and time management.
