Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Head of Affordable Housing to work with one of our clients in London.
What the job will be doing
*?Lead the sale of affordable housing opportunities to the public sector, housing associations, and registered providers
*Manage the sale of S106 units and the structuring of package deals.
*?Identify and secure land opportunities with and without planning consent for affordable housing projects.
*?Build and maintain relationships with housing associations, registered providers, and public sector entities.
What you will need
*?Strong knowledge of the UK affordable housing sector.
*?Previous experience working with housing associations, registered providers, or in a similar role focusing on acquisitions is preferable.
*Proven track record in land transactions
