Job Description:
I am currently seeking a talented and driven Part-Qualified Finance Analyst to join our finance team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring finance professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support business decision-making
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis
* Analyse financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights
* Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management
* Assist with the implementation and maintenance of financial systems
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes
Requirements:
* Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and ERP systems is a plus
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in continuous learning
