Job Description:
HR Business Partner (Temporary - 2 Months, with Potential Extension)
Location: Croydon
Rate: Day rate based on £50,000 - £55,000 per annum equivalent
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 2-month temporary assignment, with the possibility of extension. This role offers flexibility, with options to work 3 or 4 days per week. The position is based in Croydon, with occasional travel required to schools in the surrounding areas. Hybrid work is available as well.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage multiple restructures across different departments.
*Handle a high volume of complex employee relations (ER) cases.
*Provide expert advice on ER cases, particularly those involving safeguarding allegations against staff.
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience managing restructures and high-level employee relations cases.
*A strong understanding of ER processes, including safeguarding in an educational setting.
*Previous experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
*Ability to travel to schools as part of the role.
*DBS/full vetting required.
