MJ Health is currently seeking a Permanent Veterinary Receptionist with ideally 1 year of experience in another veterinary practice for our well-established independent client based in Muswell Hill, North London.
Overview:
*Role Duties Include: *Greeting clients, providing client information, booking appointments, taking card and cash payments, and handling general reception and administrative duties.

*Shift Times: *Monday: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
*Tuesday: 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm
*Wednesday: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
*Thursday: 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm
*Friday: Alternates between early and late start

*Weekends: Up to 11 Saturdays per year, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
*Out of Hours: None
*Team Size: 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, 3 VCAs, and an administration team
*Salary Offered: DOE (Dependent on Experience)
*Software: TELEOS PMS and YEALINK telephone system
*Other Notes: 4 weeks of holiday per year with additional loyalty days after 2 years. CPD in pet nutrition, reception courses, and health & safety encouraged and funded.
