Your new company
Our client, a Building Surveying consultancy based in Glasgow, are looking to add an experienced EPC Surveyor (with EPC Accreditation) on a freelance basis for an initial 6/8 week contract.
Your new role
You will be assisting in the delivery of 100 EPCs across a residential portfolio in the North of Glasgow, completing a mixture of internal, external, block surveys.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced EPC with a track record within residential EPC surveys. You will also be EPC accredited, either via Elmhurst or other.
What you’ll get in return
Rates per survey as follows, via Limited Company:
EPC = £35 per survey
