Job Description:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and determined Sales Director with a strong technical sales background to drive our market share across new sectors. The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial vision and the ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that leaves a lasting impact on both the business and their career. Working closely with the Managing Director, this role reports directly to Shareholders and is responsible for accelerating sales growth in alignment with our business objectives. As Sales Director, your responsibilities will include: *Driving sustainable, profitable growth
*Achieving on-target growth across the product/service range
*Reviewing and enhancing sales strategies to meet business goals
*Defining and building an effective sales structure to support strategic growth
*Developing practical sales plans to implement the strategy
*Identifying major growth opportunities and building key client relationships
*Budgeting, forecasting, and setting annual sales targets
*Launching new products and services to market
*Managing SEO and PPC campaigns
*Overseeing marketing initiatives, including email campaigns
*Collaborating with partner companies to expand business reach
*Representing the business at industry and networking events
