A well-established family boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its team in Cheam, Surrey. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, handling a diverse range of family law matters, with excellent development and progression opportunities.
Role Overview:
The Family Solicitor will manage a broad caseload, including:
*Divorce, separation, and high-net-worth financial settlements
*Private children matters, including residence and contact disputes
*Cohabitation agreements and disputes
*Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
*Domestic abuse cases
*Working with high-net-worth individuals and families
Responsibilities:
*Providing clear, practical, and sensitive advice to clients through challenging circumstances
*Independently managing a demanding caseload with confidence
*Collaborating to resolve family disputes with a focus on clients’ and children’s best interests
*Supporting the department’s growth through business development and networking
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
*At least 5 years’ PQE in Family Law, including experience with complex financial and children matters
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A client-focused approach and a commitment to constructive resolution
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage cases independently
*Strong business development track record
