Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on closing deals with leads generated by our Sales Development Representative, playing a key role in expanding our influence and reach within the UK’s sustainable market.
As a someone with a background in B2B sales-particularly within tech, FMCG, or data sectors-you will be instrumental in driving revenue and growth. Your ability to transform opportunities into sales will be critical as we continue to support brands on their journey to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
*Work closely with the Sales Development Representative to pursue and convert high-quality leads.
*Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our platform’s value.
*Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Provide valuable feedback to our team on client needs and industry trends to help shape our offerings.
Requirements:
*Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in tech, FMCG, or data sectors preferred.
*Strong demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for sustainability and helping brands improve their impact.
