*Machine Setup & Maintenance: Oversee setup and adjustments on the shop floor to ensure optimal machine performance.
*Production Coordination: Manage the fabrication workflow, balancing schedules and resources to meet production goals.
*Quality Control: Enforce strict quality standards to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
*Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a skilled production team, driving efficiency and safety.
The Ideal Candidate
*Experience working in sheet or pressed metal fabrication
*Comfortable leading a team.
*Proficient in operating Amada CNC press brake machines, with a good understanding of machine functions and controls.
*Skilled in reading technical drawings with strong attention to detail.
