Job Description:
Temporary School Administrator at a Primary School in Southeast London!
Pay: £105 - £115 per a day.
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm 5 days a week.
Location: Southeast, London.

Join our team as a Temporary School Administrator at a Primary School in Southeast London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing positive support to a school in their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling of the telephones, email enquiries and safeguarding practices.
*Meeting and greeting or visitors, parents and carers.
*Recording attendance in register, ParentPay and Parentmail.
*General admin support to staff and Senior management.
*Maintain student records and update databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a schooling environment.
*Must have or ideally desired to have an Enhanced DBS.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment as well as a part of a team.
