Hours: Five days per week on a rota basis

Role Overview
We’re recruiting for an on-site Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team at Richmond Square.
You’ll be working in collaboration with our expert London Residential Developments Sales team, on this prestigious new scheme.
Richmond Square is a development in Richmond by RER London and Blue Coast Capital. Richmond Square comprises a blend of new building and the restoration, conservation, and enhancement of existing Grade II Listed and historic buildings of Merit.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle daily applicant calls and visits to the marketing suite, ensuring accurate details are recorded
*Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers
*Follow sales through to exchange and completion
*Give best advice to clients at all times in a professional and enthusiastic manner
*Maintain records on the database on a daily basis, re-qualifying and archiving as appropriate
*Ensure the client and Sales Manager receive regular feedback
*Ensure thorough preparation of the sales centre and show homes
*Close liaison with the Sales Manager, reporting problems on-site without delay and problem solving where required
*Maintain awareness of competing schemes in the area and trends in the local property market
*Maintain awareness of world affairs that might impact the market and be able to provide considered responses to any queries that arise
*Maintain accurate price lists, sales brochures, specification lists and displays
*Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Key Skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong ability to influence
*Excellent administration skills
*Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
*Team player
*Good presentation
*Experience with new homes, on site sales, estate agency is desirable. However, sales and/or customer service experience may be considered on an individual basis.
Qualifications & Technical Abilities
*Good IT skills
*Clean UK driving licence
*2-years’ minimum in New Homes or Residential Sales
