About the Role:
Due to expansion and growth, our client is seeking experienced Site Managers to join their team, focusing on high-profile office fit-out projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on specific floors of large-scale construction projects, ensuring successful and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting: Report directly to the Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager.
Project Management: Manage daily operations on assigned floors, overseeing all construction activities to meet project targets.
Subcontractor Supervision: Coordinate and manage subcontractors on your designated floor, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to timelines.
Health & Safety: Lead on-site Health & Safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
Quality & Program Adherence: Maintain the highest quality standards, aligned with the project schedule.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Commercial Focus: Implement a commercially aware approach to enhance project delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in managing office fit-outs and large-scale construction projects.
Strong background in Health & Safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.
Ability to work in collaboration with diverse project teams to meet complex project requirements.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + package
