Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and pricing.
*Communicate order statuses, check delivery schedules, and analyze sales history.
*Provide outstanding customer service by keeping customers informed about their orders.
*Collaborate with sales, technical services, and production teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
*Accurately enter and maintain customer records and order statuses in our systems.
*Uphold a professional manner in all customer interactions.
*Participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
*Adhere to health and safety protocols in the workplace.
*Be flexible with working hours to meet deadlines.
*Adapt to new technologies and methods as introduced by the company.
