Description
*Conduct financial and KPI analysis on weekly and periodic performance metrics.
*Assist with scenario modelling and ad hoc queries, such as labour cost and menu performance analysis.
*Provide data-driven insights to senior leaders to support informed business decisions.
*Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes for profit and loss statements and cash flows.
*Support reporting enhancement projects and identify potential efficiencies in FP&A tasks.
*Explore commercial opportunities to drive growth and optimise business performance

*Highly analytical with strong financial modelling skills.
