Accountant
Location: Remote
Rate: £250-£350

Responsibilities
*Perform various day-to-day financial tasks, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, accounts payable, and payment processing.
*Assist with the preparation of VAT returns for the company’s entities.
*Support the annual audit process for local and group-level entities.
*Contribute to the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts.
*Carry out ad hoc tasks and generate reports as requested by management.
*Handle finance-related inquiries from auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal teams.
Requirements
*A tertiary education degree in accounting or equivalent (e.g., ACCA qualification or near completion).
*1-2 years of experience in finance, preferably within a Gambling industry.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*High attention to detail and a conscientious, integrity-driven work approach.
*Advanced proficiency in Excel.
*Experience with SAP is a plus.
*Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
