Role Description:
*Position: Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant
*Specializing in supporting a pupil with Autism in the Reception class
*Immediate start until July 2025
*Working hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
*Provide personalised support to the pupil with Autism to facilitate their learning and development
*Collaborate with the EYFS team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
*£90 to £100 per day based on experience
Ideal Candidate:
*Demonstrates a good understanding of working with children with Autism
*Strong knowledge of Early Years education and development
*Patient, empathetic, and compassionate towards the needs of children with Autism
*Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external support professionals
