Sales Admin Assistant
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London
Hourly Rate: £21.97
Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation specialising in well-known beauty products, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Assistant to join their team. As the Sales Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing sales reporting to prepare for the weekly retail check-in meeting
Creating Promo Forms for Finance approval, aligned with retailer strategies
Overseeing the debt process, including invoice approval, collating evidence for approval, and running post-promo reports to analyse return on investment
Assisting the Accounts Manager with any necessary reporting for their accounts
Providing support to the team with stock requests and samples needed for strategy and retailers’ meetings
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Ability to motivate and proactively collaborate with various teams, including Commercial, Supply, Retail, and Brand teams
Ambition to execute and contribute to the sell-in and retail targets of the organisation
Willingness to learn and develop external communication skills
Strong communication skills to ensure timely delivery of information from the wider team
