Job Description:
My client is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be an integral part of their Sales and Estimating team. This role requires a motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail, pride in their work, and a willingness to take ownership.
Success in this role will be defined by building strong relationships across departments and clients, actively managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing Sales Inbox
*Review tender documents for risk, ensuring all necessary information is shared
*with contract teams.
*Conduct surveys as required and report findings to the System Designer.
*Compile and submit tender documentation with precision and compliance, following company standards.
Client & Team Collaboration
*Maintain a client-facing role, exemplifying professionalism and dedication in all
*Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, enabling the sales team
to offer value-driven proposals.
*Prepare Request for Information (RFI) documents to clarify tender qualifications.
Documentation & Procedures
*Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and quotations, ensuring
accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
*Maintain organised records for all contracts, proposals, and client interactions to facilitate smooth transitions through each sales stage.
*Track and follow up on quotes, keeping management informed of bid statuses and prospects.
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
*Proven experience in a similar sales admin role.
Training will be provided, with the opportunity to work closely with Sales teams to develop your expertise.
