Job Description:
The E-Commerce division is looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager to manage online retail clients in the sustainable household products market, driving sales growth and strengthening market presence. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce trends, customer relationship management, and data-driven sales strategies to maximise profitability.

Description
*Work closely with the e-Commerce Directors to achieve agreed sales, margin, and performance KPIs.
*Develop and maintain strong, influential partnerships with customers.
*Take full ownership of the P&L for each account.
*Create, manage, and maintain detailed forecasts at the line-item level across all customers.
*Lead customer range review meetings to grow product listings and increase market share in line with agreed objectives.
*Negotiate effectively with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and its retail partners.
*Utilise data to identify sales opportunities and drive business efficiencies.
*Capitalise on commercial opportunities to enhance business growth.
*Collaborate with the e-Commerce Content team to ensure customers have best-in-class, optimised content across all products.
*Plan, manage, and maintain customer promotional schedules.
*Present with authority to both internal and external senior stakeholders and peers.
*Work cross-functionally as the representative of your customer base to drive positive change.
*Develop expertise in the company’s brands and product ranges.
*Become an expert in your assigned retailers’ market.
*Maximise product visibility, ranking, and sales velocity online through the E-Commerce ’flywheel’ strategy.

A successful ’Key Account Manager - E-commerce’ should have:
