Job Description:
Our client, an innovative and cutting-edge automotive brand, is seeking an exceptional Process Lead to join their highly skilled and dynamic Change & Transformation team. This pivotal role will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.
The Business Change and Transformation team is responsible for identifying, shaping and executing a broad and impactful programme of transformation and change activities, as well as implementing initiatives to continually create efficiencies and evolve their ways of working, capabilities, operating models, processes and technologies.
Reporting directly to the Head of Change and Transformation, the ideal candidate will be passionate about driving a culture of continuous improvement, continually seeking out opportunities for efficiencies, be intellectually curious, able to work independently, and have a track record of working as part of a team and across diverse functions. Being a fast learner, with a strong execution mind-set, while keeping focused on high impact projects, will be critical.
