We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team within Vistry Kent, at our West Malling office. As our Assistant Commercial Finance Analyst, you will support the Regional Finance Manager and Regional Finance Director in providing financial and commercial analysis to ensure that the region can progress towards achieving its objectives. You will also assist in the provision of internal and external reporting and financial control.

*Strong GCSE/A-levels or equivalent
*Working towards recognized accountancy qualification or desire to begin studying ACCA/CIMA

*Previous experience as a Finance Graduate / Finance Assistant within a reputable organisation

*Completion of regular weekly and monthly management information.
*Monitor regional performance against management plans to ensure that all results, trends and risks are clearly understood and communicated.

*Regular chasing and reporting of outstanding debtors.
*Drawdowns and Distributions preparation.
*Cashflow reporting preparation.
*Support with the collation of Audit data.
*Assist with payment run processing.
*Maintain and update the regional financial systems and assist in their development.
*Ad Hoc reporting and generation of information to support other departments.
