As the Head of HR, you will report directly to the board and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR. You will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, drive cultural change, and ensure people practices align with business goals.

*Manage performance management systems and leadership development programs.

*Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
