Job Description:
This role is for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for the overall maintenance, repair and improvement of production machinery within a high-volume environment in the Leicestershire region. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of operational effectiveness.

Description
*Perform regular inspections on production machinery to ensure optimal operation.
*Execute timely repairs on faulty machinery to minimise downtime.
*Collaborate with the manufacturing team to implement production efficiency improvements.
*Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
*Document maintenance procedures and machinery audits.
*Manage spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
*Provide training to the production staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
*Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
4 on 4 off - 12 Hours - Days & Nights rotating
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer/Maintenance Technician should have:
*A recognised Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
*Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
*Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a manufacturing environment.
*Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
