Job Description:
Reed Education Chester are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join our fabulous School in Macclesfield on a long-term basis from January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective science lessons to students aged 11-16
. • Develop and implement schemes of work in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for science.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in a relevant science subject.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
