Job Description:
Ruby group are looking for a Head of Finance to join of a small, but growing company. Our client currently has a t/o of 20 million. located in Central London, this is a hybrid working role.
Your responsibilities will be. To supervise a team of 4, training, appraising and recruiting. You will be a member of the senior management team, expected to influence business activities and operations. Ensuring appropriate controls and procedures have been implemented. You will take responsibility for financial control and reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Production of year end accounts and completion of annual Audit. Produce monthly management accounts incorporating profit and loss, and variance analysis. Producing weekly cash flow reports ensuring a positive cash flow position maintained. Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process. Finalising statutory accounts, corporation tax, payroll and pensions. You will develop long term and short term strategies.
The ideal applicant will have a professional qualification in either ACCA, CIMA, or ACA with at least 3 years post qualified experience. Ideally gained whilst working as a Financial Controller or Finance Director within an SME environment. You must have worked at board level, be comfortable working with senior managers offering direction and guidance, you must have produced management information to aid key business decisions.
