Job Description:
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
A Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer based in Liverpool will possess an in-depth knowledge of residential conveyancing law and handle various property related matters. Additionally, the candidate is expected to cultivate robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
Qualifications / Experience
*The candidate must be a qualified solicitor or lawyer with at least four years of property experience in a reputable law firm.
*Proficiency in all legal aspects of residential property law is also required.
*The candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*A keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage a workload effectively under pressure are essential.
*Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are necessary.
*The candidate should demonstrate a high level of Residential Conveyancing awareness and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary is competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
