Requirements:
*Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently
*Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
