Job Description:
Job Title: Projects Account Manager/BDM
Location: Suffolk (within an hour’s commute)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
Role Overview:
Join our clients team as a Projects Account Manager/BDM, where you?ll play a key role in expanding sales of our electric and wet underfloor heating systems. This role requires a strategic approach to building and maintaining relationships, managing projects, and driving new business across the UK.
You?ll work closely with key clients, including M&E consultants, M&E contractors, house builders, and developers, to maximize sales opportunities and grow their market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
*New Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities to increase sales of their underfloor heating systems, working directly with M&E consultants, contractors, house builders, and developers.
*Project Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from initial pitch to post-sales support.
*Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term, profitable relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business growth.
*Sales Presentations & Pitches: Develop and deliver tailored presentations to secure new contracts and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Proven experience in project sales or account management, ideally within the heating, construction, or related industries.
*Experience selling to M&E consultants, M&E contractors, house builders, and developers.
*Strong communication and relationship management skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work proactively to develop business leads.
Benefits:
*Full-time position with work hours from 8:00 am ? 5:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
*Starting holiday allowance of 23 days, increasing with service.
