Job Description:
Role Overview:
This part-time role is pivotal in supporting the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across online, phone, and in-person channels. Responsibilities include lead management, compliance oversight, property promotion, and supporting the sales process while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting Sales Progressors
*Process online leads by reviewing and qualifying for the sales team.
*Serve as front-of-house coordinator, managing in-person inquiries and qualifying leads.
*Maintain and update applicant data while ensuring compliance within the CRM.
*Support new property onboarding in the CRM system.
*Coordinate office processes such as key and security management.
*Maintain front-of-house displays and general office appearance.
*Support buyers with inquiries, ensuring smooth sales progression.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
*Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail, especially regarding compliance.
*Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
*Ability to manage multiple inquiries across different channels.
*Background in property sales, marketing, or administration is a plus.
Package and Benefits:
*Salary: £25,000 OTE £26,000 Pro rata
*Annual Leave 25 days + Bank holidays pro rata
*Part time hours available across 3/4 or 5 days per week
