Head of Business Development - Lead Growth in Secure Cloud Collaboration!
Up to £85K + £25K OTE
As Head of Business Development, you’ll shape the strategy behind secure, cloud-based collaboration solutions trusted by the government, healthcare, and defence sectors. This high-impact role will see you identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and enhancing market presence.
This role is remote, with occasional office presence required at least once a month. Ideally, candidates will be based within the M4 corridor area for ease of access to the office and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
*Strategy Development: Craft and execute a business development strategy that drives revenue growth across key sectors.
*Market Research: Identify emerging trends and potential partnerships to strengthen market positioning.
*Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
*Proposal Leadership: Oversee compelling proposals that communicate our unique value to clients.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of driving growth.
*Expertise in the defence, government, or healthcare sectors.
*Skilled in CRM software, strategic planning, and market analysis.
*Experience selling SaaS or collaboration technology would be an advantage.
Due to the sensitive nature of our client base, all candidates must be willing and eligible to undergo a high-level security clearance process. This requires candidates to have resided in the UK continuously for the past five years without any single absence exceeding 28 days.
