EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR
c. 2-4 YRS’ PQE
LONDON LAW FIRM
ISLINGTON & FLEX WORKING
We are working for a progressive, Islington based, full service firm of solicitors providing quality service to individuals and businesses.
We are looking for an Employment Solicitor with c. 2-4 years’ PQE to join the firm. The role will entail advising on the full scope of non-contentious and contentious employment law from advising on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures through to managing restructuring, redundancies and settlement agreements, and advising on TUPE and other corporate issues as they arise. You will also be required to deal with and be familiar with Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation and there will be a mix of claimant and respondent work.
