Job Description:
Crowe Watson Recruitment is thrilled to be recruiting for a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in St Albans. Offering hybrid working (60% in the office, 40% remote), scope for progression, a competitive salary, and much, much more, this role is ideal for an ambitious Private Client Tax Senior Manager ready to advance their career. We’re seeking a CTA-qualified professional with a strong background in private client tax who thrives on delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.
In this position, you’ll oversee a portfolio of private client tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and trusts, providing expert tax advice and planning strategies. You’ll work closely with the tax team on complex tax matters, guiding clients through UK tax regulations. The role presents significant progression opportunities, allowing you to contribute to shaping the department’s strategic direction and driving the firm’s overall tax approach.
Our client fosters a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritises professional growth. You’ll have the opportunity to manage and mentor a skilled team, lead on special projects, and cultivate strong client relationships. If you are dedicated to private client tax, excel in a fast-paced setting, and seek a rewarding career path, we’d love to hear from you.
You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency, references to pay rates are indicative, and salary is dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and grow a portfolio of private client tax clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services.

*Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
*Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
*Ability to manage complex workloads and prioritise effectively.
