Job Description:

As a Sales Advisor in our sales department, you will be part of a vibrant and fast-paced environment, working within the insurance sector. Day-to-Day Responsibilities *Follow up on online quotes and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
*Provide excellent service and advice, ensuring that each client’s needs are individually catered for.
*Utilise a bespoke database and CRM to select the appropriate policy for customers.
*Arrange payments via phone, BACS, or direct debit.
*Maintain a personal diary to ensure prompt call backs.
Required Skills & Qualifications *Excellent timekeeping and high level of personal organisation.
*Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
*Exceptional telephone manner and confident communication style.
*Computer literacy is essential.
*Highly motivated with a willingness to exceed expectations.
*Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Training & Experience *No specific sales experience in insurance or office sectors required.
*Experience in customer service and comfort with phone-based interaction preferred.
*Comprehensive training provided from day one.
*Product training as part of the onboarding process.
Bonus Scheme *Opportunity to enter a bonus scheme .
*Earn uncapped commission based on monthly sales.
