We are currently looking for skilled advisers who meet these qualifications to join our client’s expanding team in the Colchester area. They are a rapidly growing, independent Mortgage and Protection firm offering a unique opportunity for Mortgage Advisors to join their team and can offer a fantastic lead source with uncapped commission.
They are offering for the successful Mortgage Advisor:
*Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (based on experience)
*On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £70,000
*Bespoke commission stricture on written business
Mortgage Advisor requirements:
*CeMAP or equivalent qualification
*Minimum of 1 year with CAS status
*Proven experience as a mortgage adviser
*Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
*Excellent communication skills
*Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
*Strong negotiation and influencing skills
*Highly organised with effective time management
Key responsibilities for the position of Mortgage Advisor:
*Generating mortgage business
*Providing top-tier customer service at all times
*Maintaining proactive and ongoing customer communication
