Job Description:
Food and Beverage Assistant *Annual Salary: up to £25K
*Location: Leicestershire
*Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week - 5 days a week)
Our client is looking for a proactive Food and Beverage Assistant to support their hospitality operations. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of service and efficiency in various dining settings.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver efficient, friendly, and attentive service in dining areas including bars, restaurants, and private dining settings.
*Follow established performance standards to ensure quality service.
*Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in dining and front of house areas.
*Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and guest satisfaction.
*Set up dining areas according to specified standards.
*Assist team members in the food and beverage department as necessary.
*Accurately manage billing and ensure all payments are collected.
*Uphold high standards of hygiene in all areas of responsibility.
*Handle financial transactions with accuracy and ensure financial accountability.
*Engage in training programs as directed to improve skills and service delivery.
*Implement safety protocols including fire evacuation procedures in accordance with organizational policies.
