Our Client, Adoption Council, is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join its Adoption Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
*Conducting assessments of prospective adoptive families to determine suitability
*Providing support and guidance to adoptive families throughout the adoption process
*Facilitating matching and introductions between children and adoptive families
*Advocating for the best interests of children throughout the adoption process
*Providing post-adoption support to families as they adjust to their new family dynamic
Requirements of this role:
*Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
*Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
*Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker in a similar team
