Description
The Finance Officer will:
*Accurately post all income received
*Work alongside other finance colleagues to ensure all transactions are fully reconciled and investigated
*Investigate any unknown receipts
*Post other transactions and adjustments as instructed
*Support with rent setting and rent compliance
*Provide cover where needed in the finance team
*Any ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance team
Profile
The successful candidate will:
*Have prior experience working in finance, ideally in a Housing setting
*NEC / Northgate experience (highly desirable
*Have experience working to deadlines
*Have effective interpersonal skills both written and verbal
*Be able to prioritise and multi-task effectively
*Be available on short notice
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate c£17-20 p/h + 3-4 days home working with flexible working hours + an immediate start + an initial 4 month contract with the potential for extension
